People who live in housing developments with "associations" and all sorts of restrictions are very comfortable with having other people dictate to them what they can do with their property. They like it that way. They think it protects them because other people are not allowed to use their own property in any ways prohibited by the rules and rulers. The fact that they are controlled does not bother them. They like their lack of freedom and that affects their views of many other situations. Soon they and the masses will be out celebrating "freedom" and totally unaware that they have none.
