William Phillis finally speaks the truth

Bill Phillis of the Ohio Coalition for Equity and Adequacy in School Funding (the Coalition) believes public education deserves the last penny in your pocket. How else to provide endless raises for his buddies in the fields?

Nevertheless, Phillis noted the reality that faces Ohio tax consumers in a state wallowing in high taxes and budget deficits. In one of his internet dispatches, Phillis noted this: However, an African proverb says that when the waterhole dries up, the animals look at each other differently.

Yes. When faced by reality, the tax consumers quickly turn on themselves.

(Note: Of course, in due time, they return to feeding off the taxpayers. More meat there.)

I've been visiting the Dispatch on line in order to read the comments re: the Southwest/Grove City school issues. Deja vu all over again. The teachers poor mouthing. The administrators lying. The fools falling for the lies. Envy of other districts who pass levies without blinking an eye (thanks Olentangy and Dublin). It's textbook.
