A modest proposal for the next superintendent

Here's a modest proposal for the next Olentangy superintendent:

1. Negotiate modest union contracts
2. Negotiate reasonable healthcare increases
3. Return to staffing ratios from 2000
4. Introduce zero-based budgeting
5. Institute real academic reforms (rid the district of Everyday Math, etc.)

Pretty modest stuff, and very reasonable.
