I saw that video. And I also noticed that it was three women involved in the "justice".
What the judge meant was "My deputy is responsible to secure this kangaroo court. Any exculpatory evidence is to be confiscated so as to preclude any possibility of defense of the accused". That's one of the most outrageous examples of official misconduct I've ever seen. That he was comfortable to do that in front of the judge--literally in front of the judge--says that he's conducted himself like that before, and she has never given a damn. Not only should that deputy be fired (at least reassigned from courtroom duty) but that judge should be disciplined.
that is ridiculous. Those deputies should be fired and/or put in jail for stealing Its caught on camera!!!
This goes on everyday. I think Delaware County is the worst. There are so many people that sit in jail for no reason. There are so many people that are not in jail because they know people.FYI: In Delaware County your Wills mean nothing. It is all on who you now.
Here is an article about the video in question:http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2009/11/06/20091106mcsocourtdocs1106.htmlThis is outrageous. Anything that the attorney possesses should be under attorney/client privilege, correct? Those documents were for her and her clients eyes only. It doesn't matter if they posed a security threat or not. Those deputies should not have been looking through her stuff during the proceedings.
