Back from a great vacation ...
In attempt to promote universal prekindergarten education programs, the socialist, collectivists over at the Economic Policy Institute recently published Enriching Children, Enriching the Nation: Public Investment in High-Quality Prekindergarten by Robert G. Lynch.
Somehow, publicly funding pre-K programs provides a high return on investment. Please. I addressed this in an article published by the Ludgwig von Mises Institute, Is All-Day Kindergarten an Economic Fix?
Just ask yourself this one question: Have you ever received a return on investment from your coerced tax dollars on any such social program? I haven't.
Note: Check out the members of EPI's board. You'll find a plethora of union leaders. Hmm
